I have no clue either. I might bid on it, but I was just wondering if any expert might be able to tell if this material is missing since it is B&W and from the 1960's.

Aren't there any missing episode forums for US material ?
There seems to be lots of sites dedicated to British Archive Television and missing programmes, I've not seen anything similar for the US.
Though I guess alot more of their stuff must still be in existence.

Could be tricky to know if it does exist in an archive as it only runs about 1 minute and we don't know if it's a commercial or just the intro to a show!

Lance: Don't waste your money -- i seriously doubt it's missing footage, and even if it was, who cares? It's either part of a commercial, or part of the opening to a TV show (in which case it's highly unlikley to be missing). 30 feet of 16mm film is less than 1 minute.
Clive: There's not anywhere near as much missing stuff from the US as there is from the UK -- especailly not from the 1960s... There is a fair amount of live broadcast stuff that's gone (mainly 40s and 5os), and things like game shows, some soap operas etc, but for the most part, anything worth having is still around...
