I think one episode resides with the NFTVA. It's a Rediffusion series so the survival rate is as expected! Sounds like an interesting and unusual one though.

Yes a ground breaking series of its day, many notable writers/directors and created (perhaps rather unsually?) by the man behind so many wonderful ideas in the Avengers, Philip Levene.
I think its fair to say though that pre 1970s serials with women leads dont survive that well?.
Annoyingly there is absolutely no reason why VTRs produced at the end of Rediffusion's reign should not have been archived.

i think iwatched the series here and there back in 67,i see kenneth cope guested in one episode.
