I watched It here in the US when I was a child, and I was puzzled by one episode's reference to Thanksgiving(I assume Thanksgiving is not celebrated in Britain).The show must have been intended for export from the outset.

I've messaged Brinsley Forde (Spring) about the release. I guess he knows about it, but even so, some actors/artists are not actually informed of reissues coming out. Or as I call it the 'Ray Dorset issue'.
