According to KAL, ALL 119 editions of "Val Parnell's Saturday Spectacular" survive...!
The "TT Show" is listed as "An Englishman In Paris"

A few years back, I did the archive on an LWT show hosted by Michael Aspel called "The Trouble with the Fifties" - I'd found a can of film at what was then ITC of a tele-recording of some kind of a Terry Thomas studio show. It was un-edited sequences which included a couple of sketches and a few other things including Terry saying "What a frightfully good part one, can't wait for part two" which we used on our show.
God knows where it is now... but it was certainly some kind of variety/comedy show with Terry and was ATV in origin...

Gawd bless yer...
Yeah, I worked on a 60s one as well - and there as a 70s one but I didn't work on that. We also did a great "Trouble with" Michael Caine which was a personal highlight for me - and a lesser one on Joan Collins... there was an Agatha Christie one but I didn't do that either.

Many thanks to those who have replied! Now, I suppose the next logical step would be to see if I can track down a copy of the programme. That might prove more difficult!
If anyone can help, and wishes to trade, please mail me direct at richtharr@freenet.co.uk
Thanks a lot, Richard.
