It's with great sadness that I report the death of Ed Doolan. Ed was a powerful force in regional broadcasting in the Midlands and a keen fan of comedy and entertainment radio and television. His collection of recordings of radio and television soundtracks is comprehensive and of high quality, something he was a stickler for in all his dealings.
