I received the Rag Trade Series 1 dvds today , it`s a 2 disc set .
The dvd cover states that all TEN episodes of series 1 are on the discs , but it only has a running time of 4 hours !!
I thought that the running time seemed odd , as it should be 10 x 30 mins = 5 hours .
Therefore I unpacked the discs to check the contents .. the bad news is .. there`s only 4 episodes on each disc !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disc 1
1. The French Fashions 2. Christmas box 3. The Baby 4. Getting married
Disc 2
5. Early Start 6. Unhappy Customer 7. Doctors Orders 8. The Sample
Whats happened to the other other 2 episodes ?? A.F.A.I.K. none of the episodes have been junked !

Are you going to apologise to 2|Entertain as it is a DD release?

Well... That's one way, to get us to buy this set again in the future, as soon as they can be bothered to do a proper job... And I was so much waiting for this to appear... and now I don't know what to do...

There used to be something called 'taking pride in a job well done' and in producing a good product.
So, not only did you have the opportunity of making a tidy profit, but there was the sense of achievement in seeing yet another set of satisfied customers. (Oh dear, I am talking about forty and more years ago.)
Some hope, under the less than polite commercial environment encouraged today.
Yours,

Of course yer 'general public' won't know there are two missing from this or 'Likely Lads'. Not until they read the DVD back cover and realise they've got eight episodes for the price of ten!
