Whats going to happen in this event? Presumably they're not going to show the two Hartnells that weren't returned !

I hope they give us some good news, maybe even some missing episodes finds.

I hope they give us some good news, maybe even some missing episodes finds. I can't imagine BBC is going to make announcements, at a small private event. This company has events every month, many with the same guests.

Whats going to happen in this event? Not a lot, as we'll get them when we least expect it and this is a most-expect-it event.

Just as an aside, a little logical conundrum: Let's say one day Phil says he's going to announce a missing episode find this week (Monday to Friday) at exactly mid-day and it will be unexpected. We reason like this: It can't be Friday, because if we haven't heard anything by Thursday lunchtime we'll all be expecting it on Friday lunchtime so it can't be unexpected. Now that we've ruled out Friday, we can also rule out Thursday by the same logic - i.e. knowing that it can't be Friday, if he hasn't made an announcement by Wednesday lunchtime we'll all be expecting it on Thursday lunchtime so Thursday lunchtime can't be unexpected. Similarly Wednesday and Tuesday, which just leaves Monday, but if Monday is the only day possible then we'll all be expecting it on Monday so that can't be unexpected either. So it's not possible. (and then, of course, he announces it on the Tuesday, and it's totally unexpected) Richard

Speaking of conundra (though the real plural's 'conundrums') as Tom Baker might say:"If I ask your friend here "Have any episodes been returned?", what would his answer be?".

Wow, a missing episode event with Phil Morris as one of it's guests!Absolutely marvellous. I'm definitely going to that.Whether Phil announces anything or not, just listening to him is absolutely riveting. And I'm sure some more choice morsels of information will be divulged!

With any luck, with Phil being there, hopefully it means he is getting close to his search for Dr Who being over. Maybe he has more time on his hands? I'd hate to think I died before his search ended and I never found out about his search... 🙂
