BBC special Ninety Years On for Winston Churchil (1964)

In 1964 the BBC showed a 90 minute birthday present to Sir Winston Churchill, called Ninety Years On it featured stars of the day representing stars of the past. Including in it's line up Jimmy Edwards, Peter Graves, Ted Ray and many more.

Can anyone tell me if this has ever been released or even if it still exists somewhere?
