Hi all,
Just wondering do any of the first Polly James/Pauline Collins series of 'The Liver Birds' from 1969 exist? As Series 2 was the first (and only) series that got released, I assume not, but you never know. Can anyone help?

The COMEDY PLAYHOUSE pilot and the series of four that followed it are all junked - though the film sequence(s) for one episode exists.

Darn it - thought that might have been the case! Would be interesting to see what Pauline Collins is like in the series compared to Nerys Hughes ... o well, guess I'll never know! Cheers Ian  |

The title sequence was shown in (I think) TV Heaven in the '90s. I have it somewhere. Very similar in style to series 2 titles.
