NZ film buff to sell cinema in his garden shed

Can't post the link from this device (haven't yet worked out how!), but a Wellington resident who has spent the last several decades screening old TV and films in a cinema he built in an oversized shed is now selling up. The Guardian is running the story. Apparently they're trying to get Peter Jackson interested in buying it - he lives just down the road...
