Has anyone ever downloaded a file from Store. I tried and gave up after many hours of trying. Eventually had to raise a complaint with PayPal for my money back as item purchased was not delivered. The 2012 Olympic ticketing website was bad, BBC Store is worse.

I've bought about four things so far from the BBC Store and all of them downloaded straightforwardly. The main things that are a problem from my perspective are:
- The service doesn't work through enough apps yet - if it worked through standard iPlayer for most catch-up services on Smart TVs, PS3, etc then that would be better. At the moment I can watch things on TV via iPlayer on my iPad and Apple TV but that's a bit limiting.
- Programmes made on VT are filmised.
I can live with both of these problems for now as they are the kind of thing I'd expect to be sorted out over the coming months. The latter is really annoying though - partly a limitation of iPlayer, but still a pain.
