Not really a missing shows question but it does tie in with a piece I read about Ted Kendall's restorations of the Goon Show. As we have the inestimable Mr Pixley and other experts round here, I've high hopes of an answer to my question.
Ted Kendall mentions the infamous "Fred the Oyster" sound effect being taken from a Columbia 78rpm disc - I was wondering if anyone could tell me exactly what record it was that featured a recording of that flatulent donkey!
