In The Web of Fear Episode 1, a Mark I Yeti stands in the museum. Am I right in thinking when the control sphere enters the Yeti, it upgrades it to a Mark II - or is that just me seeing things?

Interestingly When the writers of the 1995 Doctor Who book 'The Discontinuity Guide' reviewed this scene, they thought it was a error.
