It wasn't a children's show, "Andy's Game" was a single play in the series "Six", transmitted 16/1/65. It was based on a novel "The Game" by Michael Hastings, produced by John McGrath, and scripted (and possibly directed) by David Andrews. It still exists, on 35mm film.
