Sad news folks, another one of the faces we've seen for so long has left us, a wonderful and extensive career behind him. www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/bernard-kay-dies-aged-86-4903058Of his work on Doctor Who that remains missing from the Archives, we can but hope that someday, somehow, both The Crusade gets a release along with The Faceless Ones. I know the latter is a harder ask than filling in a couple of episodes with animation, as has worked out pretty successfully in the past - but Bernard and his fans are worth it! For me, I knew him best from Colony In Space - a nice bit of work!

yes sad, Bernard was good as Tyler (hopefully no relation to that dreadful 'Nuwho' chav !) the main resistance fighter in 'The Dalek Invasion of Earth' too besides appearing in 'The Crusade', 'The Faceless Ones', and 'Colony in Space', enjoying a varied career in TV & Film parts
Bernard turns up in many classic ITC shows and always gave an excellent performance.
