I got fed up looking through the Radio Times at the guests on this show between 1966 to 1968 (as there were no no groups or solo singers mentioned) almost every show consisted of usually John Laurie, Patricia Hayes Graham Stark and Judith Chalmers.
Some other shows had Cardew Robinson and Alan Curtis.

Does anybody have a list of any surviving episodes for the 1960s series?

We may get a little clarity as to what exists and who the guests are when Radio 4 Extra repeat 21 editions starting on 27 January 2015. The publicity reads: A real treat for fans of Doddy. Radio 4 Extra has collected together a recently-restored set of 21 editions of Ken Dodd’s comedy shows. In its various guises, The Ken Dodd Show spanned from 1959 to 1994. This selection comes from 1963 to 1975, and they are all fresh to Radio 4 Extra.
The run begins with the show from 20 October 1963, which includes a live performance from The Barry Sisters. Ken Dodd, 'the man with more talent in his little finger than he has in his head' is ably assisted by radio stalwarts John Laurie, Judith Chalmers and Percy Edwards.
First broadcast on the BBC Light Programme in 1963.www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/proginfo/2015/04/the-ken-dodd-show

I hope so Andy, though possibly the gaps are where no programmes survive, and there are no details in the Radio Times.(Hence William's difficulties).

It'll be interesting to see what is broadcast over the next few weeks. The reason I was asking is that I have 3 editions on reel-to-reel and was wondering if they still existed: 11/04/1965 - Swinging Blue Jeans (incomplete - missing the opening/closing credits and possibly some of the first sketch) 18/04/1965 - The Countrymen 09/05/1965 - The Searchers
