Can anyone please tell me the archive status of this 1980s Children’s ITV classic? It was made by Telemagination for TVS, who I think were their owners at the time? There’s information online to say they were taken over by a German animator some years ago, but I couldn’t find anything recent and there’s no Telebugs DVD. So – is it in the same situation as other TVS entertainment shows or does it survive with the independent? Info also says it was renamed “The Gigglebytes” in the 1990s. This show was huge, with VHS releases and lots of merchandise, and I remember racing home from school to watch it! Ron Moody did some of the voices and there was also a giant Samantha Telebug on “No 73”.
Thanks

Apparantly it exists in full (so says lostshows.com), but not too sure where.

I was thinking of this show too recently.
IIRC the animation style looked a bit Japanese at times, but was done there.
