I certainly remember having a 7" Twizzle record in my dim and distant youth with a Twizzle/Footso story on it, but try as I might, I've never been able to find out any more about it.
I have a vague memory that it had something to do with a removal van...

I have encountered rumours of viewing nights of further episodes amongst fans, but have never seen any evidence to support this other than vague recollections. In the UK, there has been no commerical release of the surviving episode, but in the US, it was included on a DVD release of another of Anderson's series. I can't remember which though, but I'm sure someone else can.

Catalogue number ZCG66 - although that might be for the New Zealand release, since the sleeve has an NZ address for the published. Jon Preddle

??? Hello - is anyone old enough to remember Twizzle - and are there any of the Twizzle episodes on video or dvd - I have seen the first episode of Twizzle and Footso on the internet - live stream - but none of the others I am, but only it seems as the early episodes must have been repeated on ITV after it finished, circa 1962 - 63? Otherwise I wouldn't be around! Always puzzled me that. As a little boy it was my favourite! I mainly recalled him shooting quickly up to the ceiling as his legs grew longer. There was a sound like a cog grating. It doesn't seem quite the same in the existing episode, as in my mind eye, he flew off the screen with just the legs visible. It fascinated me. I recall striped 'Wizard of Oz' type socks (not referring to the video). I hear the show titles for the later series were supposed to have changed (title card etc.?) Obviously one of my earliest TV memories.
