I suspected The Forest Rangers was an ITC/Canadian co-production, so it probably all exists on varying collections of distribution prints, probably 35mm.

Clip including the titles from 'Forest Rangers' on 1990s VHS 'Best 70s TV of the Decade'.
Came across info on 'Jensen code' in the 1974 ITV year book. Doesn't say much. ATV. A still of Dai Bradley ('Kes') aged about 16 I'd say. Just says it was an adventure series. The 74 year book lists shows for 1973 I think (confusing). ITC held the ATV collection at one point. As another point ATV used to wipe tapes quickly, so most of their stuff is held as B/W film telerecording reels rather than the 2 inch colour master tapes. - Jay.

Or colour 16mm telerecordings - which they seemed quite fond of for overseas distribution to countries's that didn't have VT playback.
