Question about special features / extras on DVDs

Hi all.  New to you but not too new to who.  I am so glad I found this site. 

My 12 year old daughter and I love watching the classics.  We have just finished the entire North America released first Doctor serials to include the lost in time collection.  We are currently on the 2nd doctor's 2nd DVD serial release.  This is the first time I ever sat down and watched the Doctor this way...in order from the beginning.  I pretty much skipped over the majority of the special features / extras at this time.  I figured I could go back and watch them later.  It is awesome that my little girl likes the classic scifi but I cant expect her to want to watch too many of the special features with me. 

My question is what are some of the first and second doctor's "must see" extras on the DVDs?  I am interested in the ones that are awesome in general and the ones that are must see for those of us that are more than casual fans and want to get better acquainted with the second doctor and his lost era.

Hi Shawn - Make sure that you watch the special feature The Missing Years on The Lost in Time DVD box set if you have not seen it yet.

Most have a making of documentary, notable extras for me are

An Uneartly Child - Creation of the show
The Aztecs Special Edition (loads of stuff on here)
The Dalek Invasion of Earth - Making of
The Romans - What the Romans did for Us (I think - making of/discussion of)
The Gunfighters - End of the Line (about the third season)
The War Machines - WOTAN Assembly (restoring the War Machines)

Relating specifically to the second doctor, there is a special feature on The Krotons DVD called "Second Time Around". It goes for about fifty minutes and does small making-of's and has interviews with cast and crew for every story in his tenure. It's one of my favourite extras

Another feature on The Lost in Time DVD box set to watch is The Last Dalek with behind-the-scenes Standard-8 footage from 'The Evil of the Daleks'.
