Alternative Video for the Ballard of Stagger Lee, Nick Cave

I remember seeing a video with Nick Cave performing The Ballad of Stagger Lee on Onyx between 1997 and 1999. The performance was different from the normal studio version in that it was filmed with a backdrop of the edge of a pine forest with Nick doing his trademark dance moves and IIRC one of the Bad Seeds playing a piano. Never seen it since, not surprising I suppose considering the lyrics make it unbroadcastable in the UK. Anyone any ideas a) what it was filmed for and b) is this version available anywhere?
