Just curious, I've been searching the web but can't find the info. Does anyone know what the other 2 (unlost) episodes were that Phillip Morris found?

Were the two stories restored using the 11 episodes found in Nigeria, or are EOTW3 and WOF1 the same restorations found on the Lost In Time DVD?
I haven't got round to doing a side-by-side comparison yet...

This was probably checked, but did Morris double check for Ice Warriors 2 syndrome? Perhaps Episode 3 is the Episode 1 can?
I highly doubt Phil Morris would be silly enough NOT to check that, but I'm curious to know if this WAS checked.

I don't know about 'The Enemy of the World', but 'The Web of Fear' #1 was taken from the newly recovered telerecording. It's slightly better than the previously existing version.

The restoration team always check for th best available copies. Glad to hear that Web of Fear 1 is an upgrade though.

If it had been me i think i would have checked every can in the store very closely after finding the 11 others. So i am sure he would have done most things in hope of locating it or the other two stories that could have been there. We do not know if the sixth can was labelled as QQ Ep 3 or it had another label and had the programme correct for that label in the can. If that was the case i would have checked that pile of cans for that programme very closely too.

Still, 5 episodes of the legendary underground serial is better than nothing at all!

I suspect that considering the work it likely took to get here, they're going to check and double check everything they come across. Not just for Who, but anything else of interest. I won't be a situation of 'look for Who, grab what is apparently Who and go'...

I am really looking forward to hearing if non who material has been recovered as well, including non BBC material like Ace of Wands etc...... I really have no idea if that serial was sold to Africa or which stations, well beyond my knowledge!
