I've seen clips mentioned here and there in various threads, I thought it would be good to have one consolidated thread to discuss some of the rare goodies that have been airing on this network. I'm assuming it's Dutch? I've been seeing all KINDS of amazing things surface, but have no clue as to what original shows they are from, so I thought this might be a good place to discuss these and and their original sources. This one I just came across is an AMAZING clip of the Bee Gees doing "Let There Be Love". The poster seems to think it might be French footage, but it's WONDERFUL, nonetheless.

Nice bit of early bee gees, shame about the dodgy special effects

The effects give something like this it's charm for me! What you said, David, about discussing the original shows /sources for clips like this is worthwhile though. So much of this kind of thing finds it's way on to Youtube but the ancestry gets completely lost! So many music shows out there that are still to get dedicated episode guides of their own. Gold is still to be uncovered.

I love the special effect as well, Laurence!

The 192 is a Dutch cable channel connected heavily with Bert Van Breda, the guy behind all those great Dutch DVD compilations.

Yes it was - I can confirm that. There is a longer version without the edit on youtube somewhere, and I believe it has been released on DVD as well. But yes, it was shown on TOTP.

Some more 192 TV clips are surfacing on youtube. Some amazing rare Marbles footage! the first one is obviously Claude Francois' show, the other two, no clue!

just a side note, the cameraman on Claude Francois' show should have been fired. QUICKLY.
