Is it correct to say that the earthquake scene in Enemy of the World episode 2 used footage later used at the end of episode 5 of The Dominators and again in the (colour) intro of Inferno? Also was the scene where the helicopter explodes in Enemy of the World episode 1 used again as (colour) footage in The Daemons episode 3 where the helicopter crashes into the heatbarrier? Other more obvious clips from missing episodes: clip from Fury from the Deep 1 used in War Games 10 clip from Wheel in Space 1 used in War Games 10 clip from Evil of the Daleks 1 used in Wheel in Space 6 Are there anymore? I know about the last 3 you said but didn't know about the enemy of the world part?

What about the Hartnell / Troughton clips from the Three Doctors? Were they especially recorded?

I have always wondered if there were any out takes from Hartnell's filming of his section of the Three Doctors. Any ideas?

No original film from The Three Doctors is known to exist.

Are all the shots mentioned in the OP stock footage?
And wasn't some stock footage upgraded/replaced for a DVD release of one story,at least?

The Helicopter footage in "Enemy" was produced for "From Russia With Love". The BBC paying for rights to use a small amount of footage.

I watched Enemy 3 a couple of weeks ago and I remember some of the Inferno intro footage being shown on a screen that the Doctor and another man were watching (sorry, I don't know his name; I ordered my cd of Enemy two months ago and it still hasn't arrived!). Not sure if that helps, but I just thought I'd mention it!

I have a notion that the Tardis landing-on-the-sea film was also used backwards in Fury 6 to show the takeoff. The same kind of time-saving trick we saw in Tomb when the Cybermen return to their cells.

sorry Brad, I should have said clips from missing episodes only I'm about to release some new pages for my site, one of which expands on Simeon's page of what exists in reprises and cliffhangers.

What about the Hartnell / Troughton clips from the Three Doctors? Were they especially recorded? Wasn't the Hartnell clip shot in his garden ?
