Anyone who wants to join the discussion might think about raising the topic of missing eps to help raise awareness. It has been raised already, but not fully explicated yet. Mind you, it sounds like the 'Grauniad' is doing a whole series of retospectives this year, so it'll keep the 'classic' seriesin the public eye a fair bit, which is good.

I prefer the online (i.e. free) version.
