Hope you enjoy it. My other one, The making of Fury from the Deep, is also up on YouTube, but it's on there in several sections. I'll have to look at uploading it as a single file to my channel. www.youtube.com/watch?v=mA7vdjjeYvg

I've seen bits of the Fury one (only found it on YouTube last week) but time and other factors get in my way. My own fault for having twins!

Very nice. I must get around to seeing these when I have more time. Provided YouTube don't pull the rug out from under your feet, Richard, and accuse you of infringing upon your own work...

As we already have the cast and the script, it would not be impossible to do a re-imagination of Marco Polo for transmission on the episodes 50th birthday next February. The cost would be less than the new series as it was studio produced and would probably sell quite well on DVD.I suggest that we all write to the BBC to make such a suggestion.I would hope that it would be the full 7 episodes without any condensing but would this go down well with today's audience along with it's lack of SF plot?

If anything was to be 'reimagined' then I would say it should stuck to the 45 minute format.
Marco Polo should therefore be slightly condensed to three 45 minute episodes.
If this were to apply to other shows then original four parters would become two parters, six parters become three, etc.
Mission to the Unknown would be the only catch, but should probably just be 'absorbed' into the new six part Master Plan.
Right, lets get going.
