Hi Barry, You're in luck.
I have Shadows - Let me Be The One John Lennon - #9 Dream SH & Cockney Rebel - Make Me Smile
(in that order)
Apologies - I assumed these were all available as this episode wasn't marked as wiped on the Popscene page. I will make sure these get digitised as well.
I can remember the Cockney Rebel clip causing some amusement at the time due to Steve Harley emphasising the word tits on the line "I know what faith is and what it's worth" (well I was only 15 at the time!)

We'll have to be addressing you "Sir" from now on, I think. Thanks for all your efforts so far, Mike.

That's good news Mike. The TOTP's performance of Make Me Smile that most people have seen is from the 30th January 1975. It's listed as December 75 because it was featured on the Christmas 'hits of the year' show hosted by Jimmy Saville and DLT.....crikey!!! The 27th of February 75 performance was the band's performance during the single's second week at number one. They'd only just got back from a tour of USA (supporting The Kinks) I've never ever seen this particular performance and i'm glad it survives on audio. I look forward to you getting it on disc. Great stuff!!

have now updated the running orders - early 70s a bit sketchy but thanks to heroes like Mike we can piece together the jigsaw a bit better Good work! Regards Mark Mark - thanks for all the work you have put in on the TOTP lists, without which I wouldn't have had a clue as to which shows I had.

Reviving this thread, do you now have all of your audio recordings of 4 editions of Top of the Pops digitized, Mike?
If you do, can you please upload them to Youtube?
You have some very rare gems in your collection.
