IIRC the Jon Pertwee clip is from a different programme which I think was called Madabout(!!!) I think was from around 1982.

No. That's a different one, and it's also on youtube. On that one, he's on a push bike.

This is deffinitely sourced from Swap Shop Ray, Agreed there on that one! Hmmm? That is a good question, I would honestly state 1981, as has that appearance of the Swap Shop Studio look and design for the time-period in question. Wishing I could assist more there, was unable to find any specific broadcast details in regards there, I will keep on looking for you here Ray and see what I can find!!
