Many thanks for that David! ;D Yes, the new issue will be available on Monday and has lots of exciting stuff in it. You'll be able to order it from the new Nothing at the End of the Lane website at www.endofthelane.co.ukYou'll even get your first glimpse of Hartnell as Buskin, the Fairy Cobbler... Hello Richard, I'll be placing my order later on. Excellent work - I can't wait to read it.

What do you mean? Three issues in twelve and a half years isn't bad going... That's actually slower than the rate of return of missing episodes. And, like them, every one a gem ;D Richard

On the Times crossword page:
Two down: 106 to go.(7,8).
Might that be what we're looking for?

Doesn't look like anything was in the Times today. Does anyone know when we can expect to see?

My experience of ordering DWM in Australia:
First newsagent (who stocked the books): No.
Second: Yes. Then I returned a week later and asked if it had came in. They got the manager to come out from the back to glare and groan at me.
Third: Yes. And they actually did! Later: Me: Can you get Viz in as well? Third (after several weeks): We've checked, it isn't available in Australia. The same agent distributed both magazines in Australia and New Zealand ...

DWM and DWM Specials are readily available here in NZ, even if they are 2 months behind... Anyway, I subscribe so getting issues isn't a problem.

Like I say; same distributor. It's the whole "newsagents treating you as if you're asking for porn" (when they'd probably be quite OK if you just plain old asked for porn) which is a bit strange.

And yet some poor devil's been waiting for his 'DWM Special' and ends up with a magazine about Doctor Who!

It's in tomorrow's edition of 'The Times' (page 29). I've just picked up a message from the Arts Editor telling me.
Tomorrow's Times - That's appropriate.

Was so intrigued by the prospect of what The Times article would reveal that I was at the paper shop dead on six this morning. Without wishing to spoil the surprise for those who have yet to read the article I was pleased with the find and wish to applaud all those involved with Nothing at the End of the Lane. We Who fans are very lucky to have such a dedicated group of researchers working on our behalf.
