Could be nothing but anyone have any idea what episodes would be registered with an airdate of 6/25/66.
This is in the USA and they didn't air B?W who till the 70's so do we asume it's "War Machines"

I may not know much about Dr Who, but I wouldn't assume anything. Yes, episode 1 was registered with this airdate (and indeed tx'd) here, but simultaneous US/UK airdates were not something that was happening then. Best to check.

Does it say "6/25/66"? If so, one would assume it's not UK? Weren't some first season Whos sold to the US? Or was that much earlier?

I am not asuming anything as it is listed as 6/25/1966 which is a foreign way of listing date.
Hopefully will have more info shortly....

This guy really knows his stuff, no lead in as it is on ¾-inch videotape. So not sure what it will be.

Sadly no missing episode
------------------------------------ Robert, a little bit of an update. I turned up some additional episodes of Doctor Who, due to a quirk in our database. I would not necessarily trust these airdates as accurate, but if they are they untitled 6/25/66 episode is a duplicate of The War Machines, Part 1.
DOCTOR WHO: AN UNEARTHLY CHILD {SERIES PREMIERE} (TV) 11/23/63
DOCTOR WHO: THE WAR MACHINES, PT. 1 (TV) 6/25/66
DOCTOR WHO (TV) no episode title available 6/25/66
DOCTOR WHO: SPEARHEAD FROM SPACE (TV) 1/3/70
DOCTOR WHO: ROBOT, PT. 1 (TV) 12/28/74
DOCTOR WHO: THE VISITATION, PT.1 (TV) 2/15/82
DOCTOR WHO: ATTACK OF THE CYBERMEN, PT. 1 (TV) 1/5/85

It's those annoying foreign way of writing dates. I'm fed up with uk news referring to 9/11, surely to be correct, the twin towers were destroyed on 11/9. Too many americanisms are creeping into the uk. (no offence meant Steven btw..lol).

lol, Yep they're the annoying children that never grew up (after all a large preportion of American ancestors further than 234 years back were British). :-)

At least the July 7th bombing atrocity in London occured on a day that can't be confused...

Although 9/11 has a certain ring to it. Writing the date the American way also makes it more poignant, seeing as the emergency services number in the US is 911...
