That has got to be the worst hoax ever, given that Malfington Fortysque Stanley is a fictional character, look it up.

I would only believe it if it was on this actual Dr Who thread call me sceptic if you like but there have been too many false dawns regarding Dr Who episodes being discovered and then it turns out to be a hoax

It's just an offhand comment, in the fictional Facebook page of a fictional character. And a long running fictional character at that!
It's clearly not intended to be taken seriously, and it certainly should not be read as an attempt at a hoax.
I read the post when it appeared in my feed on Facebook and chuckled...

Back in the day though, the brains behind Malf did create a minor stir by creating an opening title sequence and first few seconds of 'The Web of Fear':2, which many of the old timers will remember being shown and their hearts jumping into their mouths for a few seconds!
