Hmmm.....I doubt it, sadly.
If this ever does get off the ground, I bet it would be "up and coming" acts based on video performances etc (the blurb tends to indicate this)....
I think it would be very different to TOTP, simply because the BBC are still, even in this press release, digging their heels in, saying TOTP won't be returning. If they were to produce a weekly (?) music show based on studio performances of chart acts, they would look a tad silly, as they might as well call it 'Top of the Pops'!
Who knows?
Still, fingers crossed we get some decent material repeated for the propsed BBC Top of the Pops season (apparently scheduled for 'early' in the new year).....

I miss TOTP, but it was ruined when they changed the logo and intro in 2004 to that stupid orange intro with the spiral circle thingy.
They should have kept the 1997 to 2003 logo.
And i doubt TOTP's will come back, as their is not good music to watch on it. we should just be happy with the ones that have survived.
