Kev is right, this is indeed 'The Royal Variety Show' from 1963 (also performed was 'It Might As Well Be Spring').
Despite being pretty much a one hit wonder, Susan Maughan did a LOT of TV. I've identified 131 TV and movie appearances from the '60s alone! Quite a few are readily available too, including 4 appearances on ‘Morecambe and Wise – Two Of A Kind’, and 3 appearances on 'The Arthur Haynes Show'.

Great clip! At least two of her many appearances on this show survive, though I've yet to find out which episode this is from. Here's my favourite Susan Maughan clip, from 'Pop Gear' and the only '60s colour footage I've seen of her (like Billie Davis, she was extremely photogenic!):
