Not eveyone will be interested in this but according to Keith Badman in November's issue of record collector found within the vaults of itn source is this exceptionally rare 1968 performence of Cliff richard at the Newcastle city hall although it's more talking than singing and it's unscreened since it's original transmission. The show hosted by television stalwart Barry westwood i remember him on southern tvs Day by day local news and current affairs programme from the 60s and 70s.He does perform 3 songs they are We shall be changed , it is no secret and good news.Produced by Tyne Tees television outside production and first transmitted 18th february 1968 an interesting find for any cliff fans.

I read this.
Keith does articles ever month about rare TV performances and this one is mainly about Cliff and his Christian beliefs

I read this too and was surprised to see a '60s Tyne Tees show like this still in the archive; i've seen stuff from the '70s onwards existing from this company (annoyingly no "Freud On Food" though) but not too much before then. Does anyone know how much TT material from this time is still around? Just about all i've seen is a 1964 regional show featuring The Animals introduced by David Hamilton (on VT) and a handful of individual items as preserved by the NFTVA.

I suspect I may just have a reel tape recording of the show, Cliff at City Hall. now I know the song lists I might be able to locate the tape. I also still have a colour TTT magazine with a colour photo of Cliff on the front for this very show.

I think this is on the new cliff richard book and dvd set in "the works" - the back of the box said several of the items were previously thought lost, I'll check it next time i'm in but if any Cliff or Tyne Tees afficionados wants to get one and review it; it was part of a 2 for £10 offer, it's on Amazon as not coming out until January and the works website doesn't have it listed yet.
the other formerly missing stuff mentioned was interview footage and a 70's? pop/church one off programme

checked the box - it is the city hall show (restored apparently), there's also 2 Russell Harty interviews, something from "The Tube" & the item they claim was lost is called Rock Gospel - I doubt this is the BBC show from 1984 so probably not a tv show at all.

That's the one yes - the Kal. guide has all of Rock Gospel on Digibeta from 1" so it doesn't sound like it was ever lost - plus there's no mention of BBC copyright on the pack which would be unusual - none for ITV either though so maybe possible - I'm not a Cliff fan otherwise I'd pick one up myself to check the full details.
