Ok, it's not a missing episode find, but still very interesting: news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/7512072.stmBrilliant musician she was ... and she even invented synthpop and dance music 20 years ahead of schedule!!! ;D This is a significant find.

Most Exellent News synthpopalooza,
Many thanks for posting the link to the article, and posting the news of this truely unique discovery of the 267 tapes found in Ms Derbyshire's attic. Am hoping all the tapes were in good condition after being stored in an attic for all these years.
Is good that it sounds also like they are very much wanting to release this material alongside other material from other composers of the Radiophinic Workshop. Would be great if they decided to release the Early Years Doctor Who Radiophonic Workshop CD that was around some years ago.
Again, many thanks for posting, and exellent news. Will be looking forward to hearing more on this project as it develops.
Cheers, Lance.

Amazing news!! As a life long fan of electronic music, I can only say that this is awesome news Im really interested in the later stuff she did, I seem to recall she started experimenting again, right at the end.
