is it possible that there are missing episodes in the vaults of Iraqi TV or Afghanistan did any of these country's by Dr who if so we could have a golden chance to Check there vaults as the USA and the UK are in control of these country's

Highly unlikely as there are no records that I know of regarding any such sales. And, just to clear things up, the USA and UK are not in control of those countries - and certainly not in charge of their television "archives". They are there in name only these days. Besides, such archives would have no military value - even if any remained after the Teleban banned television services in Afghanistan back in the nineties.

this site is great and all but if it's just about missing eps are there any other ones that permit free speech as opposed to nazi-gallifrey outpost ?

Matt,
When I first learned that New Zealand had sent the first two episodes of Marco Polo to Iran, I asked a similar question on this board. I have been researching this topic quite a bit. It is not likely that this material still survives in Iran. Look at how many wars or fights have broken out, and the amount of buildings that have been crushed. Also given the middle easts views on the caucasians ( sometimes not the best of relationships ) that might filter in to media programing. This does not bode well for 40 year old UK program's. However, I hope that I am wrong, and both lost episodes will be found.
