Maybe you should inform them, ansd send in the new audio to be included in a new release that might be needed if there is truely missing audio.

He's right, there is defintiely some sound missing from that sequence. I've an off-air video recording of it from the BBC transmission in 1985 (the week after "Revelation of the Daleks"), and the sound on that part of the film is intact. Unlike the video and DVD releases!

I've got a 1960s Technicolor film print of the movie and I believe it's fine... My guess is they transferred a damaged print when they made the video and didn't realize it.
