The Seller of this item states he recived his info from www.lostshows.com If he did he would have noticed this not so little detail: This episode, which exists in the archives, matched your search. ABC PLAYHOUSE: Quay South (1955) It is possible he has other rare and possibly lost material, this needs proper inspection. I would suggest that people do not swamp him with e-mails. Should deffinitely be looked into, but carefully of course. Lance.

There is a very detailed listing for this episode on the BFI website, which almost certainly indicates that they have a copy.
The BFI website is badly designed though - they don't indicate on their listings if they have a copy of something or not. Why they can't include this information I don't know.
Note from the ebay page that this is a silent print. Not even worth £100 if the BFI do have it, then.
One interesting thing, the episode dates from the period that 'ABC London' held the franchise, until court action from Associated British Corporation forced a name change to 'ATV London' late in 1955.

One interesting thing, the episode dates from the period that 'ABC London' held the franchise, until court action from Associated British Corporation forced a name change to 'ATV London' late in 1955. I've only ever seen one example of an 'ABC' logo from that period and it was obtained from printed material as opposed to any form of on-screen identification. (Imagine the classic ATV logo but using the letters ABC instead.) Does anyone know of any example(s) of 'ABC' (London) on-screen ident(s) and/or production branding from this brief period that still exist? It would be interesting to find out if this particular programme features any form of ABC production branding (and what form it takes) since that would be an extreme rarity in itself given the very brief period that particular name was used.
