She was a marvelous actress and from all accounts a wonderful person, as well. She was terrific as Professor Jensen in Remembrance of the Daleks.
RIP good lady.

Very, very sad news. As previously said, apparently a lovely person and such a timeless beauty. Both of her Who appearances were in two of the series' greatest stories. Also, from a personal point of view, I see from Pamela's date of birth that she was born on the very same day as my mum, who passed away around this time last year.
