The sleeve-notes to Volume 1 of the Network set has:

Bonus Film: THE MALPAS MYSTERY (1960) Allan Cuthbertson, Ronald Howard, Sandra Dorne, Geoffrey Keen, Maureen Swanson (an Edgar Wallace story made by Independent Artists Ltd) (16:9).

To be fair to TPTV they probably wouldn't know as it now has the EW title sequence on it - not that it matters as it is still a 'who done it?' hour for viewers.
