I managed to get hold of a copy of 'Chartbusters' a while back (though I think its correct title is 'The Chart Busters'), features exclusive (mimed) performances of 'Do You Love Me' and 'Over & Over', as well as the well-known clip of 'Having A Wild Weekend' in a recording studio. The rest of it mainly consists of Dave Clark interviews.

A splendid day.
Lots of treats. The best for me were the 60's clips and a complete rsg! Dave Clark was great. I liked all the early 80's stuff too. Good to have clips rather than whole shows I thought. Get It Together was lively and fun. Comedy moment was the French artist who sat in a tent talking to a dead hare for two hours about his art! Neil and I were thinking of Not The Nine O'clock news parodies throughout Riverside.

Sounds like a great day!
Can you remember what songs the following artists performed on RSG?
Peter Jay and the Jaywalkers Tony Meehan Eden Kane
Presumably Helen Shapiro just did 'Look Who It Is'?

From the Daily Mirror 5th October, 1963 (quoted in "Jet Harris in Spite of Everything" by Dave Nicholson) -
"Jet Harris in 'I'll Quit Showbiz' Sensation - Top guitarist Jet Harris created a sensation last night. He walked out of a TV show saying 'I've finished with show business'. It happened just after he arrived at Associated Rediffusion's London studios to appear on Ready Steady Go! His partner, drummer Tony Meehan, went on without him."
It was only three weeks after Jet had been in the bad car crash with Billie Davis, so the booking was ill-advised. I imagine the appearance was for 'Applejack' which was in the Top 10 at the time.

Peter Jay and the Jaywalkers - they did not appear - maybe they played a record? Tony Meehan - interview with keith, no performance, but they play "Applejack" for the audience to dance to Eden Kane - Like I Love You Helen Shapiro - you were correct, plus she signs autographs while lip-syncing to "No Tresspassing"

Is that the first ever found clip from any "Time For Blackburn" show? What was the source?

The Who clip has been around for years.
It was shown on Southern Gold in 1979.
A few years ago kal showed a complete TFB featuring the Dave Clark 5.
