So looks like Errol Flynn and Rod McKuen were in archives this whole time. They just needed to be spotted again. I'm not sure where RCMP was found, but if it's the whole series then probably also forgotten in an archive.
I'm not familiar with Moonstrike. Music was by Dudley Simpson, so I'm curious to hear how it sounds.

... I'm not sure where RCMP was found, but if it's the whole series then probably also forgotten in an archive. RCMP is in Archives Canada's collection; which is exactly where you'd expect it. It's never been missing - not sure why no one looked before. I've tripped over it many a time in the last decade or two searching for more interesting things. I wasn't even aware it had been broadcast in the UK so never mentioned it. Looks like there's three complete sets of it from at least two different sources. One set seems to be from BBC but I suspect might actually be from CBC given that's where the CBC films are held. The other (and best source I expect) is from the original production company who appeared to have deposited all their material there many years ago. Film prints in French and English; master copies - can't remember if the negatives were there too. I didn't go through every episode, but with the shear numbers of copies of each episode it seems very unlikely there's anything missing. I documented this either here or on the Facebook page - which means I'm presumably the source of this "news". I'm always amazed what's hidden in plain sight.

Funnily enough, I'm sure I have somewhere the audio of the Python 'In Vision' programme, taped onto cassette from the tv. Who was it introduced by? Why am I thinking Jack de Manio??

Well done to Ray and the others.
I think that RCMP was a co-production with the BBC? Glad to see these and the Flynns finally off the missing list. In cases such as this, we're setting the record straight, belatedly sometimes, but finally getting things in order.

I’m not sure why this needs a “Recovery Update” then?

If you do, it may be useful as the final 10 minutes are missing so it may help patch up further if there are clips that can be married up etc.

Might be worth mentioning that the Moonstrikes are about the SOE, and the Maquis, rather than sending rockets into the moon's left or right orbit.

'If you do, it may be useful as the final 10 minutes are missing so it may help patch up further if there are clips that can be married up etc.' Yes indeed, it's probably up in the loft in a box somewhere. I think on the other side of the cassette is the audio of either 'Mr.Neutron' or 'The Family' episode of the last series of Python, which went out (I think) either the day before or the day after 'In Vision'. Do we have any idea who presented the said programme?

Who knows, if you recorded audio off the TV back then, you might have the odd missing program. There's also a few cases where the archives have the picture (video), but managed to loose the sound.
I've for example been asking people for the audio of one Ripping Yarns episode in its longer cut, but apparently it's already been found.
