What characters/sets have no visual material left to show what they looked like. I can think of the bloke from Space Pirates whose name evades me at the moment(have to dig my copy of the target novel out) any others? Thanks in advance for replies

If I remember correctly, You're referring to 'Dom Issigri' played by Esmond Knight.

The physician from The Reign Of Terror is only in episode 4 and I don't think there are any pictures of him.

Stories which I am almost certain have a visual record of all of their characters (extras included): Galaxy 4 Mission to the Unknown The Celestial Toymaker The Tenth Planet The Evil of the Daleks The Abominable Snowmen The Ice Warriors Fury from the Deep The Invasion
Stories I am certain do not have a visual record of all of their characters: The Reign of Terror The Daleks' Master Plan The Massacre The Space Pirates
Stories I'm unsure about: Marco Polo The Crusade The Savages The Smugglers The Power of the Daleks The Highlanders The Underwater Menace The Moonbase (maximum of 3 missing characters) The Macra Terror The Faceless Ones The Wheel in Space
Basically, if a story has no telesnaps then it is probably missing characters and if a story does have telesnaps then it will most likely have images of every important person and the only missing characters would be nameless extras like guards and Blake's militiamen.

I think Power has all named characters represented in telesnaps bar a few extras who speak background bits (the meeting in the rocket room for example), but I think there are a few sets and backdrops lost to time. I have always wanted to see the piece in EP 1 where the Doctor encounters the rock and measures it, it seems very odd... very odd indeed.

Dom Issigri Joe Sorba are the ones off the top of my head. Don't think we have Menelaus either

Many thanks everyone for the replies. I think I read in DWM years ago possibly that we now have a visual record of every alien species after the discovery of photos of the rills and celation turned up...then happily episodes featuring them came back to the archive afterwards anyway... Please someone correct me if I am wrong about all the aliens now represented many thanks
