I thought this might be of interest. Part of the Mission to the Unknown set and a Dalek prop was reused on an episode of the Wayne and Shuster canadian comedy show broadcast 4th September 1965 Here is an extract from Dalek6388 "A short time later, the Daleks made a brief cameo in a sketch alongside Canadian comedians Johnny Wayne and Frank Shuster. Highly acclaimed in America and frequent contributors to the Ed Sullivan show, they also made numerous appearances on British television, including their own Wayne and Shuster Show. It was in one of these BBC-produced shows that Dalek Five appeared in a sketch called The Machine that Conquered the World. The sketch was recorded on 12th July and broadcast 4th September. The prop was operated by Brian Hands. Several other props from Doctor Who were also featured." Photo here: www.dalek6388.co.uk/images/wayne-shuster-dalek.png

The silent Dalek appears only for a few moments at the end of a VERY boring 14-minute sketch.
It was briefly considered for inclusion on one of the Doctor Who DVDs many years ago, but it's unlikely that Hancocks would have given their approval.

Thanks for the link Ace. I understand we won't be seeing this anytime soon. What props were used Richard?

OMG! I remember seeing that in one of their retrospectives. Wow.
They also did a couple of Star Trek parodies as I recall too.
