Also Yo Chu Kang Primary School in Singapore were said to have screened Power, but without specifying what episodes. Unfortunately no date specified so could be before or after 1978. I suspect these were the same prints due to their use and location.

I suspect these were the same prints due to their use and location. I have been looking into this a lot over the pass few months and I still found no evidence the prints were in Dunman in 1978. I contacted them directly and they knew nothing about it. I found the original commenter on amazon and he posted information saying he had seen other Doctor Who stories at Duman. He was either mistaken or lying as according to records - every story he said he saw was bicycled out of Singapore to other countries long before 1978. The only other explication would be if Singapore duplicated prints (there is no evidence for this), which is unlikely as they are very small and would not need to duplicate them to take them to other locations for broadcasting. (Bigger counties like Australia might want to do this) I have contacted former teachers and have documents and lists of teachers and students, whom I have all tried to find and contact. I have not found anything other than what this Amazon commenter has said that in any away suggests there were Doctor Who prints at this school. I am very much a "no stone left unturned" person, so I am continuing to investigate, so please no one try and contact the school or teachers as that might put them off and interfere with what I am doing; but I would say that I would be genuinely very surprised if I actually found anything at this point. Do not get your hopes up here.

Do not get your hopes up here. I doubt he is lying, I’ve managed to check other parts of his story and found them to be true, Dunman had a female principal in the 70s who left in 1978. What are the other stories he said he saw?

You would be surprised the lies people tell when it comes to missing Doctor Who media. There are a lot of hoaxes. I am still trying to contact some of his classmates and wish to try and confirm his story with them, so I am not posting anything specific that he said just on the off chance that they would see it. If anyone has any questions, I would suggest messaging me directly rather than reviving this dead thread as it gets quite depressing seeing dead-end threads constantly brought back to the top to find there is nothing new to say. If I find anything I will post it. Just as Dave Crichton has said with his on going investigation into the whereabouts of the Macra Terror in New Zealand: "Please can I ask that any well-meaning fans do not contact the school or any of the ex-pupils of the above schools. If you think you can help, please message me directly. The people associated with this search have been incredibly kind, courteous and helpful in my enquiries, so I really do not want them bombarded by people re-running my research. At worst, this could scupper some last lines of enquiry I am waiting on… I guarantee that if there is any more to be discovered on the matter, I will find it!" Thank You

It’s almost certainly some sort of false memory, things mixed up over the decades.
