Bit of a long shot here.. I recall an episode of The Tube on C4, circa 1983, which included a new romantic band called Michelangelo's David. Their style (both visual and musical) was very much in the Spandau Ballet / Classix Nouveau mould, but I have been unable to find any info about them anywhere, and I can't find any trace of a record release either. My memory is that their appearance was on film during the programme, rather than a live stage performance in the Tube studio. Can anyone out there shed any light on this?
