I don't mind ads, but when I'm trying to read while others are sleeping, I don't like audio of a commercial to start playing:(

I check on my mobile, so sound off is not an option as i want to get calls

Trouble is,I get a plea every time I visit the site,which must be two or three times a day,to "Please consider supporting this website by disabling your ad-blocker.
This website does not use audio ads, popups, or other annoyances. Thank you!".
I know that Roobarb has recently announced that it's having trouble paying maintenance fees.
What's put me off if the technical problem of turning the ad-blocker on and off.(I want it on other sites).Pathetic excuse,really. So they are using audios here now?
I'm sure this thread is on the wrong board...

The problem is it takes a second to appear, making the page jerk downwards... which means that every time without fail I always end up clicking the link above the one I actually want. |
