I believe that both Freewheelers series 7 and 8, along with HTV's The Georgian House were shown on the old satellite tv channel " The Children's Channel" in the 80s and 90s. If someone like Phil Morris could establish what happened to their tapes when they stopped broadcasting then perhaps these shows still exist in a broadcast quality somewhere?

I suppose it is possible those transmission copies are still out there somewhere although The Children's Channel is long defunct (?) and can imagine the tapes were disposed of. It would require someone with access to archives and the interest to carry out a thorough search. Such a tragedy what has happened to the Southern library over the years; repeatedly changing hands, parts sold off / disposed of etc. I do hope that David King is correct in his estimations though and that more is out there somewhere.
