"IF" it is there, we only discovered 2 missing episodes last year i wouldnt think 2 more will be discovered but you never know i suppose. Valid point, but there'd be a strong argument to say it's also a great time to find others while there is so much in the news about missing Who. Strike while the irons hot so to speak.

I believe I'm right in saying that part 7 is the one episode which we know is less likely to be found than any other, but apart from that they have the same chance of recovery as any other missing episode. Richard Interesting you should say that. Now it's all rather hypothetical but I was always of the belief that DMP7 is almost certainly lost forever, whereas Marco Polo is the most likely of the missing episodes to be rediscovered - with everything else swimming around in the middle.

Maybe an amended volume 1 would be a more realistic proposition? It could take in the new recoveries and maybe improve on a few of the other orphaned episodes (which, by today's standards, were pretty poorly Vidfired / restored). While I think this is a good idea, would it be as commercially viable as a Lost in Time II? To be honest everyone on here is going to purchase the DVD in whatever form, but to the average Joe with some interest in classic Who, I think they'd rather have the two new eps packaged with some of the ideas ajsmith mentioned. It might feel better value for money.
