Thanks Pete - the Going for Gold is something I'd missed. The Catchphrases have already been dealt with.

Isn't Gary C. our local race expert? He is. It's of the 1966 Dutch Grand Prix - so that dates it to 24/07/1966; due credit given for the find Spiny Norman - this will be on the 2020 list of finds.

Hi Pete, we've got all the 8mm stuff from youtube; I was the man who suggested the dubbed version was done.

"The Val Doonican Show BBC Series 5 Show 5 January 1970 A Lost BBC Tape" An interesting edited version of the Val Doonican Show which was aired on the 31.01.1970. ... This episode of the show has been described as lost from the BBC....well here it is. This comes from the whole one hour reel of 16mm film from 50 years ago. www.youtube.com/watch?v=zrg9_-AYfm0===================================== Inspector Morley late of Scotland Yard, Possibly Lost Episode 9 What I believe is a lost episode of the 1952 British crime drama series entitled "Inspector Morley late of Scotland Yard". This is episode 9 "Reilly at Bay", which I understand was either lost or not in circulation currently. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Annkn3zZGsE============================== by the same guy that uploaded the Benny Hill lost episode. Wonder what else he has in his collection.

Another, from the same uploader. Joan Bakewell Interviews Phil Silvers Bilko BBC2 Late Night Line Up, Lost Footage 1967 Phil Silvers (SGT Bilko) being interviewed by Joan Bakewell on the Late Night Show, BBC 2 on the 1st of May 1967 (show 1092). This show was the last in the BBC2 line up for the day...and could last as long as guests wished to speak. About 2.5 minutes of this show currently exist for this date, and this 15 minute long footage adds something to this, and gives further insight into the great character that was Phil Silvers (1911-1985). www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bBYmkWMQ0Y

Are we sure? Uploader says "About 2.5 minutes of this show currently exist for this date"
Are we sure the BBC doesn't just have 2.5 minutes?

Chris Perry confirmed the BBC have this interview. The fact it's timecoded strongly suggests it comes from a large archive, because, let's face it, they're the only people who do that sort of thing.
